Tasting Note by The Chaps at Master of Malt
The nose is quite rich and full. There is a strong barley influence with toasty cereal sweetness and malt extract. A touch of grist with notes of chewy sultana and cut flowers with petals and winter spice. The palate is full and smooth. There is a beautiful balance and an exquisite interplay between the sweet vanilla-infused barley sugar and a tangy fruit note. Hints of dried fruit emerge with apple crumble. The finish is long and sweet with winter spice.
